1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services of AquaCascade Prescott Pool Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services in Prescott, AZ and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
- One-time and deep pool cleaning
- Green pool treatment and algae removal
- Pool filter cleaning and replacement
- Pool equipment repairs
- Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal
- Pool opening and closing services
- Pool inspection services
3. Service Appointments
When you schedule a service with us, you agree to provide access to your pool during the scheduled time. If we cannot access your pool due to locked gates, pets, or other obstacles, we reserve the right to reschedule and may charge a trip fee.
We will make every effort to arrive during the scheduled time window. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible.
4. Pricing and Payment
Service prices are provided as estimates and may vary based on the actual condition of your pool and the work required. We will always discuss any significant changes with you before proceeding.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
For recurring weekly services, payment is due monthly. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For recurring weekly services, you may cancel your service agreement at any time with 7 days written notice.
6. Liability and Insurance
AquaCascade Prescott Pool Services is fully licensed and insured. We take every precaution to protect your property while providing our services.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or property. If we discover damage or potential issues, we will notify you immediately.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
7. Property Access and Safety
By scheduling our services, you grant us permission to enter your property to access your pool. You are responsible for ensuring that the area is safe for our technicians to work.
Please secure all pets during our scheduled service time. If our technicians feel unsafe due to aggressive pets or other hazards, we reserve the right to leave and reschedule.
8. Equipment and Chemicals
Unless otherwise specified, all chemicals and supplies used during our service are included in the service fee. We use professional-grade chemicals that are safe for your pool and the environment.
If repairs or equipment replacement are needed, we will provide you with an estimate before proceeding. You are not obligated to use our services for repairs or equipment, but we highly recommend professional service.
9. Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
For equipment repairs and installations, we provide a warranty on parts and labor as specified in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse or natural wear and tear.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
